“Legendary” Reds

Last night I created a template for the Reds’ 1984 Topps card designs. I needed to test it out with a couple of players, so I decided to use two legendary Reds – Ken Griffey Jr. and Will Ferrell.

“Junior” played 9 years for the Reds and hit 630 homers in his 21 major league seasons. He made the All-Star team 13 times.

Will “Manimal” Ferrell played one Spring Training game with the Reds in 2015 and ended his one-day career in 2015 with a batting average of .000. He struck out in both of his plate appearances. On the plus side, Will also pitched 1/3 of an inning for the Dodgers that day, and ended his pitching career with a 0.00 ERA.
